Speaking of sublevels, energy levels, and orbitals, why categorize them and make it so confusing? When i read the assignment An Electron's Address, the first page was easy to understand that each energy level contained different sublevels. Not until the part on the second page when orbitals were introduced. I didn't understand the problems asked at all. And soon my mind was in swirls. I didn't understand the concept. I stopped reading and thought, so energy levels contain sublevels and sublevels contain orbitals, and each orbital can contain two electrons. When i looked at question eight, i hated it, i didn't know what to do. Even though i understood what the text was saying but it was a question of depth at that time to me, being sleep deprived i couldn't focus. And i did not finish the questions and i began to ask classmates and other people about the energy levels, sublevels, and orbitals. Eventually i asked some one so many times because i couldn't get it, i was able to confuse them. And so i took the time in flex alone to read it over and over again, until i understood it perfectly well. While writing this i looked at the questions again, they were really easy, i didn't even need to think. I believe that i should get more sleep. I usually give up if i just didn't get it the first try, but i was extremely persistent, taking a whole thirty minutes to get my brain functioning and figuring out what it meant. Maybe it was then when i understood it that made it a lot easier now when i read it again.
